How our benefit plan works:

• You choose the benefit plan that suits your needs.

• You are responsible for paying the premiums.

• The company will reimburse you up to $25/month after you've worked 850 hours (around 6 months).

• If you choose health/dental benefits, you'll own the policy. Your coverage stays intact if you switch employers, as long as you keep paying the premium.

• You need to have provincial health coverage (Ontario Health Card) to apply for this insurance.
